Overview
Wear Next is designed so that your data stays yours. There are no accounts, no servers of ours, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your information.
Your Closet and Trips
The photos, clothes, trips, outfits, and packing lists you create are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, they also sync through your own private iCloud database, which Apple keeps under your Apple Account and which we cannot read. Deleting the app removes the data from that device; the copy in your iCloud stays under your control and can be removed in Settings › iCloud.
Photos and Camera
Wear Next reads only the photos you choose to add, through the system photo picker, the camera, the clipboard, or the share sheet. When you share a web page to Wear Next, the app fetches that page from its own site to find the product photo; that request goes to the page's site, not to us. Background removal and the optional Apple Intelligence suggestions run entirely on your device. No photo is ever uploaded to us.
Apple Services
When you give a trip a destination, Wear Next asks Apple's MapKit to find that place and Apple's WeatherKit for its forecast. Those requests carry the destination you typed, never your current location, and are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; Wear Next adds no identifiers to them. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather.
Notifications
Outfit reminders are local notifications generated on your device. The only push messages the app receives are silent iCloud sync signals from Apple.
Children's Privacy
Wear Next does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. The app contains no features that require personal information to function.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
